Andrew & his family lived in the Gardens Riverside complex for 9 years and looking to move interstate decided to sell and prepared the property for sale. The property was professionally staged.
The Process
Achieving the best price in the market, on the best terms was important to Andrew. Timing was not, however a 30-90 day settlement was preferred.

The Result
Following a comprehensive auction campaign, 45 buyer inspections, the property sold at auction for $$1,000,500; which was above the sellers expectations. The competition of the auction was core in achieving the best price in the market.
