A targeted buyer campaign focused on buyers who had inspected apartments / units in the 4101 postcode in the last 90 days with budgets between $1,000,000 – $1,250,000 through Ray White, was also a key marketing strategy.

The Result

Following a comprehensive auction campaign, 32 buyer inspections, the property sold at auction for $1,130,00; being complex record by $250,000. The competition of the auction was core in achieving the best price in the market.
