The Plan

Don & Desi called 125 Gray Road, West End home for 46 years. The family home had huge sentimental value and they wanted the home to be sold to a new family that would love & maintain the home as they had.

A targeted buyer campaign focused on buyers who had inspected similar houses in 4101 (West End, South Brisbane, Highgate Hill) in the last 90 days with budgets of $2,000,000 – $3,500,000, through Ray White West End, was also a key marketing strategy.

The Result

Following a comprehensive auction campaign, 34 buyer inspections, 4 bidders, the property sold at auction for $2,500,000. The competition of the auction was core in achieving the best price in the market 4.1% above the owners expectations.
