The PROCESS
Gerard & Kerrie engaged Luke O’Kelly and the team to sell the apartment. An auction campaign is decided upon, partnered with a broad marketing campaign that included social media, and realestate.com.au. A Ray White buyer database campaign was run, ensuring all buyers who had inspected similar luxury properties were invited to the open homes.
The RESULT
Following a three week auction campaign, 52 groups of buyer inspections, 8 offers, the inroom auction featured registered 6 bidders. The property was sold under the hammer to Caitlin & Paul for $700,000; being $40,000 more than the similar apartment on a higher floor, which was sold through an out-of-area agent for $660,000 at the similar time.
