The PROCESS
Isabelle & Tom’s contract on their new apartment was subject to the sale of their apartment and as such both time & getting the best price in the market were paramount. An auction campaign was decided upon as it would achieve the best price in the market and on the best terms (unconditional)
The RESULT
Following an auction campaign, over 68+ inspections the property sold prior to auction to Neel & Mita, who lived in Koko and were invited to inspect the apartment as they were looking to upgrade from their two bedroom Koko apartment. Sale Price $1,725,888.
Note: Isabelle & Tom negotiated the purchase of there off-market apartment, which was two floors up (the penthouse) and larger for $1,700,000. The sale of their apartment at auction for $1,725,888 (smaller, two levels down) would value their new purchase at over $2,000,000.
