Spacious 3-Bedroom sanctuary with spectacular river and mountain views
Buyer found: Buyers Agent
The Plan
Isabelle & Tom purchased the apartment and called it home for 2 years. Looking to upsize and relocate, the apartment was prepared for sale.
An auction campaign was chosen, as achieving the best price in the market, on the best terms was important to Isabelle & Tom. A 30 day settlement was preferred
The Process
An extensive marketing campaign was planned including professional photography, digital staging and both realestate.com.au and domain, to ensure the property was marketed both locally & interstate. A targeted buyer campaign focused on buyers who had inspected apartments in 4101 (West End, South Brisbane, Highgate Hill) in the last 90 days with budgets between $2,000,000 – $2,500,000 through Ray White West End, was also a key marketing strategy.
A four week auction campaign was planned, however following the second Saturday inspection an unconditional offer of $2,365,000 was presented to the seller and accepted.
The Result
The buyer engaged a Buyers Agent to represent them through the sale process and in the contract negations.
The competition of the forthcoming auction and the market activity / social proof at open homes was key in the Buyer presenting an offer prior to the Auction to secure the property.
