The Process

An extensive marketing campaign was planned including professional photography, digital staging and both realestate.com.au and domain, to ensure the property was marketed both locally & interstate. A targeted buyer campaign focused on buyers who had inspected apartments in 4101 (West End, South Brisbane, Highgate Hill) in the last 90 days with budgets between $2,000,000 – $2,500,000 through Ray White West End, was also a key marketing strategy.

A four week auction campaign was planned, however following the second Saturday inspection an unconditional offer of $2,365,000 was presented to the seller and accepted.

The Result

The buyer engaged a Buyers Agent to represent them through the sale process and in the contract negations.

The competition of the forthcoming auction and the market activity / social proof at open homes was key in the Buyer presenting an offer prior to the Auction to secure the property.
