Pamela & David purchased the apartment a little under two years prior, following purchasing another apartment in the same complex, they decided to sell. The Process

A targeted buyer campaign focused on buyers who had inspected similar luxury apartments in West End & Highgate Hill in the last 90 days with budgets between $1,500,000 – $2,000,000 through Ray White West End, was also a key marketing strategy.
The Result
Following a comprehensive auction campaign, 17 buyer inspections, the property sold the week post auction for $1,650,000.
