The Plan

Amy & James purchased the property as an investment. Following many years as a rental property, the tenant decided to vacant and the property was put on the market. Amy & James wanted to take advantage of the recent growth in the market

The Process

An extensive marketing campaign was planned including virtual staging, professional photography and both realestate.com.au and domain, to ensure the property was marketed both locally & interstate. A targeted buyer campaign focused on buyers who had inspected apartments in 4101 (West End, South Brisbane & Highgate Hill) in the last 90 days with budgets between $500,000 – $750,000 through Ray White West End, was also a key marketing strategy.

Following a comprehensive four week auction campaign, 45+ buyer inspections, the property sold at auction for $700,000 and above the owners expectations. The competition of the auction was core in achieving the best price in the market. The buyer paid a premium at auction to secure the property

The Result

Stephen was looking for an investment property, in a good location and rental return, with a focus on the inner city West End, South Brisbane area.

Attending the auction in-room at Ray White West End,  Stephen secured his new investment, out bidding the competition.
