Matt & Adam purchased the apartment several years ago and following an extensive renovation decided to sell. Another agent was engaged and following 3 months without offers, a decision was made. The apartment was staged and prepared for sale via Auction.

The Process

Achieving the best price in the market, on the best terms was important to Matt & Adam. Timing was not, however a settlement prior to June 30 was preferred.

An extensive marketing campaign was implemented including both realestate.com.au and domain, to ensure the property was marketed both locally & interstate. A targeted buyer campaign focused on buyers who had inspected two bedroom + apartments in West End in the last 90 days with budgets between $750,000 – $1,000,000, through Ray White West End, was also a key marketing strategy.

The Result

Following a comprehensive auction campaign, 15 buyer enquiries, the property sold prior to auction for $855,000. The competition of the forthcoming auction was core in achieving the best price in the market.
