The property was passed in at auction and an Offers Over $1,175,000 campaign was implemented. The property sold at the next open home for $1,200,000. Apartment 30001, a similar apartment next door sold for $1,005,000 three months later. Apartment 30001 was sold via an Offers Over $950,000 campaign by another Local Agent, a 16% discount to the sale of apartment 30005 sold via Auction
