The Plan

Aida purchased the apartment of the plan, following several years of calling the apartment home, decided to upsize and look to purchase a house, east of Brisbane

An auction campaign was chosen, as achieving the best price in the market, on the best terms was important to Aida. A fixed settlement date to run inline with Aida’s purchase was also important

The Process

An extensive marketing campaign was planned including professional photography and both realestate.com.au and domain, to ensure the property was marketed both locally & interstate. A targeted buyer campaign focused on buyers who had inspected apartments / townhouses in 4101 (Highgate Hill, West End & South Brisbane) in the last 90 days with budgets between $1,750,000 – $2,250,000 through Ray White West End, was also a key marketing strategy.

The Result

Following a comprehensive four week auction campaign, the property sold at auction for $1,900,000. The competition of the auction was core in achieving the best price in the market. The buyer paid a premium at auction to secure the property
