The Process

Following a four week auction campaign, 63 buyer inspections, 8 offers, the inroom auction featured registered 7 bidders. The property was sold under the hammer to Mia & Ross for $3,500,000; being $1,000,000 more than the most recent sale of similar apartment 211 and a record price in West End
