The Result
A four-week auction campaign was planned, however following the second open home, 33 groups inspecting, and 5 offers received, the property sold before auction for $1,300,000. Place Kangaroo Point had the same apartment for sale (apartment 40), just one floor above, which sold for $1,100,000 one week prior. The auction process and the competition resulted in $200,000 additional to Kirsten & Scott.
