The Plan

Following a comprehensive auction campaign, 35 buyer inspections, 6 bidders, the property sold at auction for $1,460,000. The competition of the auction was core in achieving the best price in the market. The auction generated a $170,000 premium to the last sale of a similar three bedroom apartment in the same complex, only months prior.
