The Plan

Belinda rented out the apartment for many years through Ray White West End. Looking to take advantage of the strong market conditions the apartment was prepared for sale, which included the tenants moving out and the property being  professional staging.

A targeted buyer campaign focused on buyers who had inspected apartments / townhouses in 4101 (West End, South Brisbane & Highgate Hill) in the last 90 days with budgets between $800,000 – $1,000,000 through Ray White West End, was also a key marketing strategy.

Following a comprehensive four week auction campaign, 56+ buyer inspections, the property sold at auction for $925,500 and above the owners expectations. The competition of the auction was core in achieving the best price in the market. The buyer paid a premium at auction to secure the property
