Kel & Di purchased the property two years prior and looking to move to resort living on the northside of Brisbane decided to sell.
The Process

A targeted buyer campaign focused on buyers who had inspected two bedroom apartments in West End & Highgate Hill in the last 90 days with budgets between $900,000 – $1,200,000, through Ray White West End, was also a key marketing strategy.
The Result
Following a comprehensive auction campaign, 25 buyer inspections, the property sold prior to auction for $950,000. The competition of the forthcoming auction was core in achieving the best price in the market.
