An extensive marketing campaign was planned including professional drone & photography, both realestate.com.au and domain, to ensure the property was marketed both locally & interstate. A targeted buyer campaign focused on buyers who had inspected houses in 4101 (West End, Highgate Hill) in the last 90 days with budgets between $1,200,000 – $2,000,000 through Ray White West End, was also a key marketing strategy.

Following a four week auction campaign the property was sold under the hammer for $1,357,000. The competition of two buyers on the auction floor was core in achieving the best price in the market.

The Result
