The Plan

Eduardo and his family purchased the apartment off the plan and called it home. Looking to relocate interstate Eduardo prepared the property for sale, which includes minor repairs & professional staging.

A targeted buyer campaign focused on buyers who had inspected apartments / townhouses in 4101 (West End, South Brisbane & Highgate Hill) in the last 90 days with budgets between $1,000,000 – $1,350,000 through Ray White West End, was also a key marketing strategy.

Following a comprehensive four week auction campaign, 28+ buyer inspections, the property sold at auction for $1,210,00 and well above the owners expectations. The competition of the auction was core in achieving the best price in the market. The buyer paid a premium at auction to secure the property
