The Process

The Result
A four-week auction campaign was planned, however following the first open home, 18 groups inspecting, and 3 offers received, the property sold before auction for $800,000; being $30,000 more than the most recent sale in the complex for a similar apartment. The competition of the forthcoming auction was core in achieving the best price in the market. The buyer had to pay a premium, unconditionally, to secure the property prior to auction.
