The Result
Following a four-week auction campaign, 76 buyer inspections, 5 offers, the inroom auction featured registered 8 bidders. The property was sold under the hammer to Michael for $2,250,000. Michael had inspected several apartments with Ray White West End in the past and was personally invited to inspect the property, as part of our buyer call campaign.
