A targeted buyer campaign focused on buyers who had inspected apartments in 4101 (West End, South Brisbane & Highgate Hill) in the last 90 days with budgets between $600,000 – $700,000 through Ray White West End, was also a key marketing strategy.

The Result

Following a comprehensive four week auction campaign was planned, however following the first inspection, an unconditional offer at $660,000 was received & accepted. The forthcoming auction was key in achieving a great sale price on great terms.
