A targeted buyer campaign focused on buyers who had inspected apartments in 4101 (West End, South Brisbane, Highgate Hill) in the last 90 days with budgets between $550,000 – $700,000 through Ray White West End, was also a key marketing strategy.

Following a four week auction campaign, 46 buyer inspections, the property was sold under the hammer for $610,000. $10,000 more than the sale of 715, 4 floors above only weeks prior. The competition of the auction floor was core in achieving the best price in the market.

The Result
