Amanda & Gav purchased the apartment and called it home for almost 12 years. Looking to upsize Amanda & Gav purchased another property from Ray White West End and then prepared the property for sale which included professionally staged the apartment

The Process

An extensive marketing campaign was planned including professional photography, professional staging and both realestate.com.au and domain, to ensure the property was marketed both locally & interstate. A targeted buyer campaign focused on buyers who had inspected apartments in West End & Highgate Hill in the last 90 days with budgets between $450,000 – $600,000 through Ray White West End, was also a key marketing strategy.

Following a comprehensive four week auction campaign, 135+ buyer inspections, the property sold at auction for $700,00 and well above the owners expectations. The competition of the auction was core in achieving the best price in the market. The buyer paid a premium at auction to secure the property

The Result

Nadia , the buyer, was 1 of 22 registered bidders at the auction. The property and auction attracted many first home buyers, looking to secure their first home. The competition of the auction and the market activity / social proof at open homes was key to Nadia securing the property on terms & conditions acceptable to the Sellers.
