A targeted buyer campaign focused on buyers who had inspected apartments in 4101 (West End, South Brisbane, Highgate Hill) in the last 90 days with budgets between $900,000 – $1,250,000 through Ray White West End, was also a key marketing strategy.

A four week auction campaign was initiated, however following the first inspection an unconditional offer of $1,340,000 was presented to the seller and accepted. This offer was over a complex record. The competition of the forthcoming auction was key in the buyer presenting their best offer.

The Result

The buyer engaged a Buyers Agent to represent them through the sale process and in the contract negations.
