A targeted buyer campaign focused on buyers who had inspected apartments / units in Highgate Hill & West End in the last 90 days with budgets between $600,000 – $800,000, through Ray White West End, was also a key marketing strategy.

The Result

Following a comprehensive auction campaign, 53 buyer inspections, 6 bidders, the property sold at auction for $728,000; 21.3% above the sellers expectations. The competition of the auction was core in achieving the best price in the market.
