A targeted buyer campaign focused on buyers who had inspected apartments in 4101 (West End, South Brisbane, Highgate Hill) in the last 90 days with budgets between $850,000 – $1,000,000 through Ray White West End, was also a key marketing strategy.

As a result of complications with the tenancy, the Auction campaign was changed to a For Sale Campaign and open homes continued.

The property sold to buyer happy to inherit the tenant and looked to move in, at the end of the tenancy.
