The Plan

The Process

The Result
Although the property passed in at auction after failing to meet reserve, the strategy was immediately shifted to an “Offers Over $780,000” campaign. All previous buyers were contacted and updated on the new pricing strategy. On the very next Saturday, the property sold for $825,000.
The sale came down to a multi-offer negotiation between Holly, a previous viewer who returned for another inspection, and Lauren, a new buyer who had not seen the property before. Ultimately, Lauren secured the property with the winning $825,000 offer.
